What does "Fallback to static auto-reply" mean?

When the AI auto-reply is enabled, the static message acts as a backup: it is sent only when the AI cannot produce a validated answer from your public FAQ knowledge, shown in the settings with the hint "when no public FAQ is found". If you turn the fallback off, tickets the AI cannot answer get no auto-reply at all.
