What is a workspace in Deskhero?

A workspace is your company's own Deskhero environment. It has its own web address (yourcompany.deskhero.com), its own users, tickets, mailboxes and settings, kept separate from every other company. You create one right after signing up by entering a company name and a workspace URL, and a single Deskhero account can belong to several workspaces.
