What is the first thing I should do in a new Deskhero workspace?
Connect your mailbox. On the welcome screen of the Setup Guide, click "Connect Mailbox" and follow the steps to link your inbox. Deskhero then scans recent emails to build knowledge, converts new messages into tickets, and drafts suggested replies for your team.
