Can I change a form's colors to match my website?

Yes. In the form's advanced settings there are two color pickers: "Form color" (the accent color used for buttons and highlights) and "Background color". The widget derives the rest of its theme from these two colors, and a dark background automatically switches the widget to a dark theme.
