Can I dismiss or skip the Setup Guide?

There is no dismiss button, but you are never forced to finish it. You can simply navigate to any other page. The Setup Guide entry stays in the sidebar for owners and admins so you can return to the checklist whenever you like; steps complete on their own as your workspace gets set up.
