Does the AI create duplicate FAQ suggestions?

It actively tries not to. Before storing a new suggestion, Deskhero checks for an exact text match and also uses AI to compare it against semantically similar existing items; true duplicates are skipped entirely. When a new suggestion covers the same question but with a different answer, it is created and linked to the existing item as a conflict so you can choose which to keep.
