How do different custom field types appear on a public form?

Each field renders a matching input: Pick One shows a dropdown and Pick Many a multi-select with tags, number fields show a numeric input that respects the field's Min/Max, date fields show a date picker (with a time picker for "Date and Time"), On/Off fields show a switch, file upload fields show an upload control, and text fields show a standard input. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
