How do I bulk import FAQs by pasting them?

1) Open the Knowledge base and select Public FAQ. 2) Click Import. 3) In the Import FAQs dialog, choose the Separator that matches your data. Semicolon (;) is the default, and Comma (,), Tab and Pipe (|) are also available. 4) Paste your list into the box, one FAQ per line, with the question and answer separated by that separator. 5) Click Next to see a review table of the parsed rows. 6) Remove any rows you do not want, then click Save all. 7) The final screen confirms how many FAQs were created.
