How do I connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox?

1) In Configurations, open Mailboxes and click "Add Mailbox". 2) Choose Microsoft. 3) Review the requested permissions and click "Proceed to Microsoft"; sign in with an account that has access to the (shared) mailbox you want to synchronise. 4) Back in Deskhero, enter or confirm the mailbox address, choose the group to attach it to, and submit. 5) You will see "Mailbox successfully added" and the mailbox will be ready in a few minutes.
