How do I turn on the AI chat-bot for my website widget?

1) Go to Configurations and open Forms. 2) Open the form you embed on your website. 3) Turn on the "Enable AI chat-bot" switch. 4) Save the form. The form has to be public, and your workspace needs enough approved FAQ items for the bot to answer from. If it does not, saving is blocked with a message telling you how many you have and how many you need.
