What is the Custom URL of a form?

The "Custom URL" is the form's unique key, generated automatically from the form name (you can adjust it before creating the form). The public form is served at your Deskhero domain under /external/forms/ followed by that key, and a copy button ("Copy URL to clipboard") next to the setting copies the full link. After the form is created, the Custom URL can no longer be changed.
