Where do I find the Automation page in Deskhero?
Open Configurations and look in the Workflow section for the tile called "Automation" (described as "Eliminate repetitive tasks by creating rules"). This opens the Automation Rules page where all your rules are listed. You need to be an Owner or Admin to open this page.
