Where do I find the Public FAQ?

1) Open the Knowledge base from the side navigation. 2) In the panel on the left you will see two sections: Public FAQ and Internal KB. 3) Click Public FAQ to open the FAQ list. A number badge next to the Public FAQ entry shows how many suggested items are waiting for your review.
