Where do the Questionnaire Auto-Filler's answers come from?

From your workspace's own knowledge. For each question the AI searches your stored content for the most relevant material, condenses the best matches, and drafts an answer based only on them. Each answer in the output file lists the source documents that were used, and questions with no relevant material are marked as having no data found.
