Can global search give me an AI-generated answer?
Yes. For applicable questions, global search shows a "GPT Response" section where an AI answer is generated from your workspace's knowledge, along with AI-suggested related items. Regular grouped results for tickets, lists, users, groups, and knowledge base articles appear as well.
