Can I approve or decline many FAQ suggestions at once?

Yes. On the Suggested filter every item has a checkbox; tick the ones you want or use "Select all". A toolbar appears showing how many items are selected, with Approve and Decline buttons that apply to the whole selection and a Cancel button to clear it.
