How do I decline an FAQ suggestion?

Hover over the suggested item in the Public FAQ list and click Decline. The item moves to the Declined status and is not used as public knowledge. You can still find it later under the Declined filter, and if you change your mind, editing and saving a declined item brings it back as approved with your edits.
