Does Deskhero have a free trial?

Yes. New workspaces start on a free trial (30 days by default). While on trial, the Plans page shows your trial column labelled "SMALL (Free Trial)" together with the trial expiry date, and a "Free Trial" row shows how many trial days apply. A trial workspace includes 250 new tickets and 500 chatbot sessions per month; paid additional usage is not available until you choose a paid plan.
