How do I create a new form or chat widget?

1) Go to Configurations > Forms & Chat widgets. 2) Click "Create widget" (requires Owner or Admin role). 3) Enter a "Name" (at least 2 characters). 4) Choose the group under "Create tickets in group". Submissions will create tickets there. 5) Adjust the "Form fields", colors, language, and other advanced settings. 6) Click "Create widget". A "Share form" dialog then opens with the embed code.
