Where do I find the forms I have already built?

Go to Configurations > Forms & Chat widgets. All your forms and chat widgets are listed there with name, target group, AI chat-bot status, and creation details; click a form's edit button to open it in the form builder. If you have none yet, the page invites you to "Create your first widget".
