How do I run the Questionnaire Auto-Filler?

1) Open the Extras page and choose Auto-filler. 2) Enter a name for your own reference. 3) Choose your Excel questionnaire file. 4) Click "Submit questionnaire". You get a confirmation such as "Questionnaire with N rows uploaded. Grab a coffee and monitor your inbox for updates." and the completed file arrives by email.
