How do I search for tickets?

1) Click the magnifying glass icon in the ticket list header. 2) Type your search term; the list updates shortly after you stop typing. The search box shows the placeholder "Search", and the term is added to the URL so the search survives reloads. Click the clear (x) control in the box to remove the search.
