How do I search across everything in Deskhero?
Click the magnifier icon in the top-right of the header to open global search, type your query, and press Enter (or click the arrow icon). Results are grouped into Tickets, Lists items, Users, Groups, and Knowledge base; clicking a result opens the matching ticket, list, article, or settings page.
