How does Deskhero pricing work?

Each plan has a monthly price that includes 3 users, with a per-user price for additional active users: Small is $29.85 per month ($9.95 per additional user), Medium $44.85 ($14.95) and Large $89.85 ($29.95). Any active user is billed for a minimum of 24 hours. Every plan also includes a monthly allowance of new tickets (250, 750 or 1,750) and chatbot sessions (500, 2,000 or 5,000), 36 months of ticket retention, and the same features. If you need more than the allowance, you can approve additional tickets or sessions and pay only for what you use, per ticket or per session.
