What does the "Import Answered Emails" step in the Setup Guide do?

It gives your workspace a head start by importing old emails from your sent folders. Deskhero uses these past answers as knowledge so the AI can draft better reply suggestions. The step's "Go to" button takes you to the email import page under Settings.
