What does the "Over-usage billing: Off / On" button on the Plans page mean?

It shows whether your workspace has approved any additional tickets or chatbot sessions beyond the monthly allowance. "Off" means nothing above the included allowance has been approved, so no additional usage can be charged. "On" means an owner or admin has approved a maximum number of additional tickets or sessions and Deskhero can bill for usage up to that maximum. Click the button to see this month's usage and change the approval.
