What is a mailbox in Deskhero?

A mailbox is an email address you connect to your workspace so that incoming mail becomes support tickets and your team can reply from that same address. Each mailbox belongs to a group, so mail sent to it creates tickets for that group. You manage mailboxes under Configurations, on the Mailboxes page.
