What is the difference between embedding the widget directly and using the floating icon?

Embedding directly renders the form or chat inline inside your page content. The floating option adds a round launcher bubble in the bottom-right corner of your site; clicking it opens a card containing the form or chat, and clicking again closes it. On small screens the floating card expands to fit the phone display.
