What is the difference between the two form embed modes?

"Embed directly" places the form inline on your page, right where you paste the code. "Add as bottom right floating icon" shows a floating launcher in the bottom-right corner of your site that opens the form (or chat-bot) in a card when clicked, and in this mode the widget uses your configured form color.
