What is the Statistics section?

Statistics answers how your support is actually doing, across tabs for volumes, trends, response times, SLA, team, AI and automation, channels and topics. Every chart follows the filters at the top of the page, can be switched between chart and table, and can be exported to Excel. It is available to every user on every plan, and the figures update within five minutes.
