What items are in the Deskhero main menu?

The left-hand sidebar contains: your workspace name at the top (click it to switch workspaces), then Dashboard, Tickets, Lists, Knowledge base, Insights, and, for owners and admins only, Setup Guide. At the bottom are Settings, which opens the workspace configuration area, and a Collapse control for the sidebar itself.
