What are the tabs at the top of the Deskhero screen?

The top bar shows browser-style page tabs so you can keep several areas of Deskhero open at once, for example the Dashboard and a ticket list. Click a tab to switch to it (it remembers where you were), click the plus icon to open a new tab, and click the x on a tab to close it.
