Who can manage billing in Deskhero?

Billing is managed by the workspace owner. The Billing details and Payments pages under "Plans and billing" in Configurations only appear for owners, and plan changes are restricted to the owner role on the server as well. Admins can open the Plans page, where they can see monthly usage, approve additional tickets or chatbot sessions, set the retention preference and read the billing history. Users cannot see any of the Plans and billing pages.
