Why does Deskhero ask "Inserting the canned response replaces everything in your reply. Continue?"

A canned response replaces the whole reply rather than being added to it, so Deskhero checks before it overwrites text you wrote yourself or a draft you restored. Click "Replace" to continue or cancel to keep your text. No confirmation is asked when the editor is empty, when it only holds an unedited suggested reply, or when it holds a canned response you inserted earlier and did not change.
