Does the free trial include tickets and chatbot sessions?

Yes. A trial workspace includes 250 new tickets and 500 chatbot sessions per calendar month, the same as the Small plan. Paid additional usage cannot be approved on a trial; to go beyond the allowance, choose a paid plan on the Plans page.
