How many chat-bot sessions are included in my plan?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI chatbot sessions: 500 per month on Small, 2,000 on Medium, and 5,000 on Large. The allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). If you need more, an owner or admin can approve additional sessions on the Plans page under "Over-usage billing"; additional sessions cost $10 per 1,000, billed per session, on every plan.
